Its running both Vista and XP, how do i either get xp back, or just have it running vista

windows dual boot
You should be able to select "Windows (legacy)" or "Windows XP" from the boot menu. If it fails to load - your XP installation might be a bit stuck, and you'll need to edit the BCDEDIT.
